In a world of robots, young inventor Rodney Copperbottom dreams of making life better for everyone. Hoping to follow his inspiration, he travels to the big city to join Bigweld Industries, but finds the company under the control of the sinister Ratchet. As the new management threatens to make Rodney’s hopes and his friends’ futures obsolete, he is pushed to stand up for his ideas.
