An immigrant mother becomes increasingly afraid that her teenage son, who is living with schizophrenia, may be turning into a potential school shooter. As her concern for him is overtaken by fear of what he might do, she faces the painful uncertainty of trying to understand her son while fearing the danger she believes he could pose.
