An addict, an ex-con, and a luchador are pulled into the same ugly chain of events when an organ-harvesting caper spirals out of control. As their sordid lives collide, a plan built on desperation and crime turns into a violent mess, forcing each of them deeper into a situation that has gone very, very wrong.
