In the 1970s, two brothers set out to turn their love of surfing into something bigger, chasing dangerous waves while trying to help shape a new industry around the sport. As they push against a conservative society that does not understand their world, they also face threats from ruthless bikers, forcing them to fight for their dream both in and out of the water.
