After a sexist joke spreads online, Cedric loses his job and is forced to confront the attitudes behind his behavior. Trying to change, he begins a therapeutic effort to free himself from sexism and misogyny. At home, he and his girlfriend bring in a mysterious, free-spirited babysitter, whose presence unsettles their routine and pushes their relationship into unexpected territory.
