After Maria

After Hurricane Maria forces them to leave Puerto Rico, a group of strong women find temporary shelter in a FEMA hotel in the Bronx. Living far from the island, they form a bond that feels like family while trying to build a sense of stability in an uncertain new life. As pressures around them threaten to separate them, they hold on to the community they have created.
